STAMP 02: FARM’s second Posting Box painting competition, country-wide this time!

It has been 3 years and now STAMP is back with a loud cheer!

STAMP 02 is a posting box painting competition and is a follow-up to the hugely successful STAMP first organised in 2007. Conceived out of love, it is a celebration of art, our cityscape and community spirit. 40 posting boxes across our sunny island will be transformed into beautiful works of art!

To celebrate Singapore’s winning bid to host the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games, we will dedicate the theme of “SPORTS AND THE CITY” to the competition.

Like the last STAMP, we have very enticing prizes to be won! The 2 Grand Prize winners will each receive a cash prize of $5,000 and a 2D1N Suite Stay at Fairmont Singapore and the 8 Merit Prize winners will each receive a cash prize of $500 and a 2D1N Room Stay at Fairmont Singapore. All 40 participants will also receive attractive gifts.

Everyone is invited to take part in STAMP 02, even foreigners! As long as you are in Singapore from March till June, you are eligible. You can join STAMP 02 in the Student Category (primary and secondary school students only) or Open Category (everyone else).

The deadline for submission has now been extended till 26th Feb 2010 so it means more time for you guys to design! So dig out your art materials and start designing!
