OIC presents "WHITE FRAMES"

As part of our 4th anniversary celebration- we are inviting YOU to join in the fun by showcasing your work – HAND DRAWN and FRAMED in WHITE.
Your artwork will be shown and sold at MAAD Market ( 2nd Oct ) and OIC’s corner at The National Art Gallery event ( 9th – 10th Oct ).
Sales proceeds goes to the artist (OIC will take a handling fee to cover cost)

How to take part:-

REGISTRATION

Open to all who loves drawing -artists, doodlers, illustrators, hobbyists, students, register here asap:

APPROVAL OF ARTWORK

Subject- Anything! Whatever makes you enjoy drawing- paint or draw that! ( usual disclaimer on indecency/ religious harmony and loving thy neighbour applies! )

Must be Hand Drawn art. Any medium. Maximum of 4 artwork can be submiited by each artist.

Email us a clear jpg by 28th Sept 2359hrs – so that we can curate the display and ensure quality control. We will reply promptly once accepted and give you info on where to sent your framed artwork. Submission of jpg does not guarantee acceptance.

Size – WHITE frame of any design/ no bigger than A4 size/ self standing preferred.

Indicate name/ title/ price as shown above. ( price range should be from S$40 to S$400 )

Kindly frame your approved artwork and sent it to us at the address below.

Only artists whose artwork we have seen and approved via email will be accepted. We reserve the right to reject shoddy work as we see fit.

Return of Artwork & payment at Nov 6th at MAAD 3pm -5pm
1. Unsold work will be returned via self collection at MAAD as stated above.
2. There is a handling charge for artwork sold of 25% to help us cover cost. All sale poceeds/ money due to artists will be settled at MAAD as stated above.

Disclaimer – We will try our very best to handle all artwork with respect and care but we will not be liable for loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances.
Taking part in this event means you have agree to the above terms.

    Hi Alex- yes you can. No problems with that at all. If you still have problem with the delivery arrangement – let us know.

    Just to highlight that its not about OIC approving styles- if the drawing/ artwork is interesting and is nice- we will definitely welcome it into this show.
    Ultimately – its about you enjoying and finding meaning in the drawing!

    All manual hand work- no edits in Photoshop- we want it all handpainted originals only.

    Do the artworks we are selling here originally hand-drawn yet we print then frame? or no printing involved here?
