Some of our heroes and inspirations are Robert Crumbs, Charles Burns, Tom Gauld, Michael Deforge, publishers like Fantagraphics, NoBrow etc….
We are lovers of crazy production techniques, high quality limited print runs, signed one of a kind riso printed books, hand pulled silkscreens books of illustrated poetry and not forgetting lo-fi hand drawn photocopies- anything off the beaten track and that is well made!
We designed this group to cater to creators who are NOT Anime, Marvel, Disney, super heroes or mainstream comics, CG art, concept art or fanart fans.
Our aim
This is a meet up to discuss the zines you would like to produce and also a jam session to get your juices going! Ideally everybody would be producing 1 zine each every one or two months.
