Figure drawing at Apsara Asia (19 Sept 2010)

Had a good day at figure drawing – Don’t think I improved much but I had fun and i managed to get into the mode early on without warm-up so it felt good! :) Someone said I drew the model like I’m drawing comics :p

Much thanks to Shyam for facilitating the whole thing again!

I would like to apologize if there was any inconvenience as it was my first time taking charge of this activity. Will certainly improve for our future sessions and of course, any suggestions are welcome. We might want to try with dramatic lighting! (Also longer sessions)

Down with flu, gonna rest now. See you next month!

Ray Toh’s scans from Figure Drawing Session v.1

Hi All. :) Following up with the posting done by Drew and Zid. Some drawings i did during the figure drawing session on 30 Jan 2010 in Substation. Went in late and abit unprepare so i ended up using my trusty mechanic pencil and a graphite pencil. As for the paper, i’m using a earthbound recycled sketchbook by Daler Rowney. Thanks Ag and Mike for putting this session togther.
