Apologies for the earlier posts. Picture got too huge. Still a bit of an idiot with WordPress. Will learn. Here we go… Browsing Copy exhibition at Asylum. This is a wonderful project curated by Roy from Beautiful. He got this idea to give new lives to browsing copies from bookshops by selected artists, designers design collectives and illustrators worldwide to rework the books in their own distinctive styles. It’s a travelling exhibition which first debut at the recent Singapore Design Festival 09. Artists include Kate Gibb(UK), Sam Hisey(USA), Phunk Studio(SG), myself and many more.

Check out the beautifully designed website by Kilo Studios for more info. Enjoy!

these were based on photo books at the library during oic draw-at-the-library. Since the library is rather careful about what you bring in to the reference section, I just brought the minimum compact tools. And I had to be careful not to spray any ink on their expensive books! Mornings are the best times as it doesn’t get crowded yet. Join us next time. Ballpoint/pencil + brush and ink.
